Where do you deliver? To Kuwait: Yarmouk, Qurtoba, Surra, Hateen, Al-Salam, Kefan, Adailya, Khaldiya, Rotha, Jabriya, Qadsia, Faiha, Thahya, Shamiya and Nuzha.

How much do you charge for delivery? 2 KWD per delivery

How long does my order take to arrive? Orders usually take 15-20 days to arrive then we will prepare your order for delivery immediately

If the order was not the correct size or the style was not what I wanted, what shall I do? Please contact us and we will arrange either an exchange or refund.

Do you accept returns? Yes, but only if the return was when the driver is waiting, we do not accept returns later on. Please be at your home when the delivery man arrives, he will wait for 5 minutes so you can try on the size. Do not pay until you are sure about the item and size.

May I cancel my order at any time? No, orders can not be cancelled. We will send you a confirmation e-mail which needs a reply from you. If you agreed on our conditions then we can proceed with your order.
